My name is Larry. And I'm going to have to make a drastic change by the end of May/1st of June but
need your help now. I'm in my 50's with a very young spirit and have been living in a 3 bedroom home
for MANY years in EL SOBRANTE. I'm very educated, having been to UC BERKELEY and graduated
in Political Science and DRAMATIC ARTS/FILM. (I love the arts and spent many years working in
stand up/"ghost writing," some acting and talent management in Los Angeles). Trying to achieve my dreams which began to be shattered due to a personal tragedy which brought me back to the bay area.
I love the arts, politics, music, theater, film, and I'm low key, reliable, easy to trust and pay my rent on time. Most of the apartments I see have NO inspiration and remind me of expanded hotel suites.
I need a very large 1 bedroom Plus for myself and my cat, "Liza," and tiny office. Hopefully some
utilities/washer/dryer/dishwasher/parking space and a wonderful environment that INSPIRES like
in POINT RICHMOND or HERCULES near the water, or CROCKETT, or the off beat feeling of
BERKELEY.
My finances are limited in my budget but fair for the right Independent Owner/Manager who has a
business to run but also has a heart and perhaps knows about dreams and has lived through personal
tragedy and sadness. I want to try writing again as well as stand up though my health is VERY limited,
one reason I wish to stay in CONTRA COSTA near my doctors. And friends. But also be open to
knowing new people in my life as I move forward.
I'm either seeking an off beat (safe) apartment, or a great GUEST HOUSE, or very SMALL home,
or an inspirational loft with windows, or condo, Duplex. (safe environment/area).
I deserve to finally find happiness and inner peace as I once had. But that won't happen without YOUR

Since my personal tragedy I've lost both parents and there is no communication or barely within the
siblings left.
I'm hoping you will help me move my life forward. I've proven myself over the past 7 years living here
and being responsible for the home insurance policy and upkeep and property taxes and I can afford
between $800-$1050*** dollars per month. And I want to feel that it is my home and that I will take care
of it as if it is my home.
