We are young working professionals (33 and 26.) We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Upland off Mountain and 13th. We sublet 2 of the rooms. We are renting out one of the bedrooms 12'×10'. All you pay is one flat rate $750. You don't have to worry about utilities. We pay for the utilities... which includes maid service to common areas (bathrooms, kitchen, hallway, and living room). The maids make things easy, so no one has to bicker over whose turn it is to clean. You are only responsible for your room and your dirty dishes. We live in the Master bedroom with private bathroom. We are renting out one of our other rooms that shares the hallway bathroom (cleaned every Tuesday by our maids).
We are hoping to find a serious student, young working professional, etc. Someone stable and sane. Room is available based on current tenant's departure. December 15th is supposed to be their last day. Text anytime.

-Overnight guest ok (they can't stay here unless you are here with them)
-One SMALL dog is ok (Pet rent is $50 a month)

-Abundant parking on the street and 3 "first come, first serve" carport parking spots. Parking is never an issue. Overnight street parking is allowed all 7 days of the week.

-$750 for first months rent and $750 for a deposit (which you will get back if/when you give a 30 day notice).
We are relaxed people and open minded. Any questions, just ask. No rules just common decency. Do what you want, just be respectful of everyone.
