All utilities included with rent, free access to LNL's high speed WiFi, bike storage and personal basement storage space available, with access to washer/dryer.

Costs

Single adult: $750/month (1 private unfurnished room), or $1300/month for two private rooms.

Couple: $1350/month (2 private unfurnished rooms, bedroom + entertainment room/office). Single rooms will not be rented to couples.
