A very nice fully equipped 2 bedroom cottage located on Cobbossee Lake in West Gardiner. The cottage is located directly across from the old Woolworth Estate about mid way up the beautiful 14 mile lake on the east shore. The camp was part of Yornoc lodge it is one of only a few buildings of that lodge that remain. It has been updated with the comforts that a lot of summer lake rentals don't have. Nice full kitchen with full size stove , fridge, microwave loads of counter space and fully furnished with cooking pans, plates, bowls, everything you need. From the kitchen you can walk out to a nice deck furnished with table and chairs, lounge and umbrella, propane gas grill with filled gas bottle. The living room is quite cozy with a pull out queen sleeper sofa, recliner, end tables, electric fireplace that also heats, nice lighted ceiling fan, we are going to add a flat panel TV hooked up to direct TV. Off the living room facing the lake is a nice screened in porch facing the lake. There are 2 nicely furnished bedrooms one has a queen bed the other has a set of bunks that can be taken down easily if you don't want them as bunks, the living room has the pull out queen sleeper. I have a beautiful swim area nice and sandy and no sudden drop offs, excellent for kids. You will have use of the dock and I will give you space on the dock if you have a boat. You will have access to a hot tub also.
