The house is a spacious historic Creole Cottage with old New Orleans charm. It's located uptown, just off Magazine Street. It's nicely appointed, in good condition and in a great location. You should be a honest, hard worker, pursuing a focused direction, a non smoker, and if you drink, then a moderate drinker.
