750 Looking for Young Professional Grad Student (Nashville, TN)

Dear Craigslist,

I'm looking to move closer to the city and I would like to share a house with one other roommate. I expect to spend somewhere between $650 and $750 each (so, total, I'm looking for a 2BR that is around $1500.00). Since I work downtown, I'm looking at areas close to there. These include but are not limited to the Hillsboro Village Area, West End, Vanderbilt area, East Nashville, Germantown and Bellevue. Also, before you ask, I don't want to live in Hermitage, Donelson, Brentwood, Gallatin or Franklin.

A bit about me:

I'm from Nashville but went to school in Chicago. I'm currently a legal assistant downtown, although I've dabbled in financial sales. I'm probably going to start studying for the LSAT this coming January and am looking to focus on either employment or immigration. I'm on a salsa team, I'm about to leave for a backpacking trip and I'm active in my spiritual community. I love biking, and one thing that I will love about moving closer to downtown is that I'll be able to bike to work. I'm bilingual (Spanish). I studied political science and classics at college and graduated with honors. I'm 25.

What I'm looking for:

I'm looking for someone who is a young professional like me or a grad student. I want you to be motivated and goal-oriented. I want you to be confident in yourself and confident in your ability to communicate with your roommate if there's an issue. I want someone who enjoys life, but won't bring the party home on a Tuesday night. It would be cool if we could hangout and watch Netflix together, but mostly I'm just looking for someone to live in a peaceful, relaxed environment with. In regards to your age, I'm looking for someone 25 - 33.

Thanks for reading my ad. I'm going to be gone for 10 days over labor day on a backpacking trip, but when I get back, I'm going to start looking for roommates and places. I'm open to finding a place together or moving into a place that is already set up. I have enough furniture to furnish a house, either way. I would be open to moving into a 3 person roommate situation, if it's the right situation. '

While I'm gone, I'll be checking my email. I'm looking to move into a place as early as October 1, or anytime after that. In fact, I could probably have my stuff together by September 21, if necessary. If you think that we'd be a good fit, please contact me. Also, please note that I don't give out my Facebook info or LinkedIn. If you would like to see if I'm a real person, email me a little about yourself and why you think that we'd be good roommates, and I'll send you my info back and we can talk on the phone or skype. I don't do Facebook because I end up wasting too much time on it.

Finally, I'm LBGTQ friendly, and you should be, too.

Thank you,
