I would like to move out and have someone move in in December. 1200 West Marshall is located right behind the Siegel Center so it's a quick 1 block walk to campus. My apartment has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; each person has their private bedroom and bathroom. There are currently two females and two males. My roommates are moving out in December as well, so if you have other roommates in mind, you could possibly move in together. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are shared. There is a full size washer/dryer and dishwasher in the apartment. The common area comes furnished with a sofa, love seat, TV stand, coffee table, dining room table and four chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, desk, chair and dresser. Electricity, water, cable, and wi-fi are included in the rent. There is a gym on the first floor and garage parking is available for an additional $80/month. There is also street parking.
