These are brand new apartments with about a 15 minute walk from IUPUI campus and many other amenities downtown. Every person would have a private room and bathroom with a walk-in closet. Rent is 794 a month which includes everything except electric which is usually around 20 dollars a month. Parking in the parking garage would be 85 dollars a month. The apartment complex includes an outdoor pool, fireplace, grills, basketball court, gym, free tanning, and 24 hour access to the computer lab and clubhouse (ping pong, pool, cornhole, and video games). Lux is always planning different fun events for residents and it's super easy to make friends. Message me if you're interested or know anyone that might be! We would sublease to single persons, but preferred a group of four.
