I'm looking for a appreciative and city loving sub-leaser. I'm giving up my Prime Real Estate on Pershing Ave., hailing from the Central West End from the City of St. Louis.

The address: 5536 Pershing Ave. St Louis, MO 63112. 3rd floor.

The cost: $800/month. Water is between $20-23/month. Gated parking, usually $50/month additional, was/will be packaged in for the $800/month, with the sublease. (Parking lot was just repaved)

Length of time: current lease expires March 2016 or you can sub-lease the apartment for 12 months (confirmed).

Apartment managing company: Asprient Properties. Very communicative. Quick on maintenance and will respect your right to know about changes being made to the grounds and building. Knowledge is power.

Pet details: I am unsure of. I know certain pets are allowed. If you have a specific question, I will inquire for you.

As soon as your application is approved, I will begin moving out the large pieces of furniture and it will not take me long. I assure you. So this apartment is not furnished. Please bring your own furniture.

Accommodations are as follows:

Central air. Nobody finds relaxation in the hum of a window based AC unit, blowing air into a small confined area. Enjoy the even flow of multiple vents in multiple rooms.

Washer and dryer in-unit. This was by far one of the most appealing selling points. In a time where space is scarce and apartment-managing companies would prefer to save on space and maximize on rent, we have found ourselves with a company (Asprient) that cares about cleanliness and hygiene. The apartment hosts a brand new GE HE washer and dryer. The units are stacked on top to save on space. Wash, rinse, and tumble in silence. Conserve precious water and efficiently use power. We call that the "2 bird, one stone" technique.

Brand new appliances. Jet black stove. Jet black refrigerator. Jet black, above the stove, microwave. Usage has been bare minimal, given the fact that I spend most of my time elsewhere.

Granite countertops. Nothing brings together a kitchen and bathroom like the clean cut and stylish look of granite. Easy to clean and flows with the décor. Impress that lucky lady, man, or pet in your life with your Bobby Flay cooking skills on a surface not sensitive to heat.

Elevator service. A brand new elevator has been built, installed, and will be in full- service this month. Makes moving furniture, groceries, and guests more convenient. Maybe you'll share a moment with a special someone (don't forget your icebreaker mints). The possibilities are endless.

Hardwood floor/laminate (living room). I can't comment on what is actually used for I am no expert, but it hosts a beautiful dark cherry color. Easy to maintain. Easy to clean.

Carpet in the bedroom.

Tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Easy clean up. Modern deco. What's there not to love?

Security. Key code door locks and parking lot key code lock. Who doesn't like to feel safe?

Location: St. Louis' Central West End. The beauty and fun of Forest Park is literally a jog away. There's so much room for activities. The beautiful scenery. The majestic freedom from tall buildings. It's right at your doorstep. The St. Louis Loop (Skinker & Delmar) is right around the corner. Think large scale. We have movies/bars/restaurants/concerts, anything and everything at your disposal. The CWE hosts plenty of quality restaurants and bars for the man/woman desiring an adventurous day and/or nightlife. Students. Wash U is right down the road.
