The camp is well hidden from everyone but close to everything. It is located on Highway 90 just southwest of New Orleans on the west bank of the city between Houma and New Orleans. You can literally fish right out the front or back porch .

Many beautiful plantation homes and cypress swamps nearby! The scenic Mississippi River is just down the road and is great for riding your Harley! And the TPC Pro golf Course is just a few miles away if you like to play golf! You are close to all the necessities and hidden from the city life.

We have our own fishing dock and there is a private bridge to our little 13 acre island. It is right next to the Timpken Wildlife Refuge; Eagles, gators, coyotes, nutrias, otters, deer, wild pig, all kinds of waterfowl, etc. And lot's of Bass, Perch, Catfish, and Sac-a-lait fishing right outside the door and still close enough by boat to do some saltwater fishing for redfish and trout in Lake Catahuoachee, Lake Salvador and Lafitte! The house is located in Metairie in Jefferson parish and the camp is located in St. Charles Parish on the West side of the river which boasts the highest alligator population in the state. And we do have pet alligators that we feed after work so bring plenty of marshmallows and chicken, they hang out with us every evening! This truly is a beautiful area with lots of wildlife, yet so close to the city! If you like a peaceful environment, then this is the place for you.
