I realize this is early but I am looking for a place in Kailua or close by that will be available by October 1st, possibly a week earlier. I am currently on the mainland but am moving back to Oahu and wanted to get a jump on housing, since it is hard doing so from miles away.
A little about me. I am very clean, a great cook, very active, a little bit quiet at first but I open up once I get to know you. I don't smoke or do drugs, but I do enjoy the occasional drink and going out, and also the occasional house party and such. I am constantly outside hiking, swimming, running, etc. Pretty much anything to keep me in the sun. I love food, and will try any cuisine once, all my previous roommates love eating my food. I am a hard worker and just graduated with personal training and nutrition diplomas. I will be working as a personal trainer once on the island. If you are my roommate, you will have access to lots of workouts and such, so that could be a bonus for you. If you are a couch potato, I'll let you play your COD.
I have a black cat and she's extremely friendly and loving and pretty much thinks she's a dog. She'll play fetch with you and ask for attention constantly. She is well trained, spayed, and I have several references from other landlords and roommates who can attest to her being clean and not damaging any carpets or furniture. She is also dog friendly, especially with small dogs, and after a week or two is fine with the larger dogs. She's very mellow.
I am looking in the price range of $800 a month, preferably with utilities included, but that may be negotiable. I would be able to provide a deposit and first months rent when I move in. I am fine with either male or female roommates, local or military, or a combination. I have four brothers and two sisters so I am pretty used to any personality. I do prefer clean roommates since I don't like doing all the housework.
