The Space:
Private entrance. Basement includes small bedroom enough for full bed, dresser and nightstand. I.T also has a closet in the bedroom. You also have your own private bathroom and small living room area. The laundry room is in the basement and is shared with us but schedule can be determined. The kitchen is also shared is on the ground floor. This basement comes furnished including dresser, living room couch, tv, nightstand and can provide bed frame and mattress upon request. Your rent will include utilities including internet and cable tv.
Who we are:
We are a early 30 something married couple. We both work full time and are in grad school. We pretty much keep to ourselves and prefer a tenant with similar tendencies. We have a medium sized puppy who just turned one!
Who we want:
Responsible young professional or grad student. No smoking or hardcore partying need apply. Don't need to be OCD clean freak but be respectful and clean up after yourself in common areas like kitchen and laundry room. Expect a background/credit check. Must be ok with living with the cutest dog in the world!
Lease would be negotiable but looking for 3-6 month renter and then will go month to month after that!
