QR Code Link to This Post We're looking for a new roommate on January 1st in a lovely townhouse just two blocks from the Virginia Square Metro. The bedroom is probably BYO-Furniture (the current tenant may have some things to leave behind if you're interested), but the rest of the house is fully furnished. Additionally, we have a small garden out front, a gas grill and fire pit on the back patio, and the house is within easy walking distance to all the amenities in both Clarendon and Ballston and right across the street from a grocery store.

The room is on the upstairs level and is a bit cozy (roughly 10' x 10'), though there's lots of closet space available. The room shares a full bathroom with the other person living upstairs. Rent for this room is $800/month. The room will be available on January 1, but an early move-in date may be possible. This pictures above show the room in both with furniture in it and without.

The lease for the room is for at least six months (with an option afterwards to continue month-to-month), but the length is negotiable. Security deposit is one month's rent, on-street parking with a pass from Arlington is available, and the lease does not permit pets. The house has your standard Washer/Dryer/wifi/TV/AC amenities (utilities including cable/wifi service are around $100/month), and you're welcome to paint/decorate your room however you see fit.

Us: Two dudes in their late 20's, clean and laid back; we'll occasionally host small get togethers but generally keep things pretty relaxed.
