I am looking for a decent place for an affordable rent near Microsoft. I am male, 50, professional, BA and MBA. Room for rent. Short term or long term (preferred). I work 20 hours per week for $40 per hour.
Nice guy, neat in common areas, less so in my room on laundry day. Rent paid on the 1st. I don't do drugs, I am not a criminal (unless you include things like speeding or parking tickets). Pets are cool; I don't have any myself. I guess I have to exclude dogs that yap all day. I am sure that is the cutest and most wonderful thing to their owner, but sometimes I like to nap. You know, nap vs yap.
Looking to have personal cable access (possible?) and kitchen access, plus all the usual modern stuff like microwave and dishwasher.
