My wife and myself are searching for a safe clean home for a short term lease about six months. We are mature, clean and responsible individuals. We both have active lives outside the home and are active in the community. I am a veteran and my wife is involved with many non-profit organizations.

Our current landlord has a daughter returning from Columbia "permanently" and wants to place her in our current basement apartment. So we find ourselves in immediate need.
