I've recently moved to Colorado and I need to find a roommate asap.
I work in Cherry Creek and I'd like to live in or around that area.
I wouldn't want to drive more than 40 minutes to work (reasonable, right?).
About me:
Financially stable, independent, fun.
I like to be outside, which is part of the reason I moved here!
I drink socially, don't smoke.
I want to explore this city! There are so many cool things going on all the time :)
Ideally, I'd like to find someone who I could be friends with while also maintaining that sense of roommate independence.
Also, someone who would share their responsibility of common area upkeep.
You know, normal stuff.
I'd like to find a place August 1st or before. Before would be better!
Also, I'd like to keep it under $800.
