I am a college freshman who was enrolled at IUPUI and living at The Avenue. I unfortunately had to come home so now I have an open room in a 4 bedroom apartment. There will obviously be 3 other room mates, girls, and absolutely awesome. You would have your own private bedroom, private bath, and a decent sized closet. The apartment comes fully furnished, along with a bed, mattress, and dresser in the bedroom. All utilities are in the monthly rent of $805 besides electricity. The washer and dryer is also in the apartment so that's nice. The Avenue is about a 10-15 minute walk from campus depending on where you're walking to, not bad at all. The Avenue is also located on Indiana Avenue so there are multiple restaurants right under the apartment. I overall absolutely loved the apartment altogether.
