Considering renting the lower level of my house to the right person.
About the house: 4 BR/2 BA 2700+ finished sqft. The basement is finished including large living room, dry bar, private bath and two large bedrooms. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in North Laramie. Shared laundry and full access to the kitchen and large deck with grill located on the main level. There is also a large secure shed that can be used for storage.
Rent is $850 which includes all utilities (electricity/wireless internet/DISH TV/water etc.).
Terms of the lease: Month-to-Month, 3, 6 and possibly 12 months; very flexible. Month-to Month would be preferred to start with so that we know if it will be a good fit for both of us and we can extend it from there. I will do background checks. I will also require a deposit and first month rent.
About me: Young hearted 42 year old male professional working in the Banking/Financial field. I am an easy-going person; enjoy sports, working out, hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities, but there are also moments where I enjoy my privacy. I am a non-smoker, drug free and relatively new to Laramie.
About the Roommate: Likeminded working professionals only of similar age (30's to early 40's). You must be responsible, respectful, dependable and very clean; at least around the common areas of the house. I will have only one roommate (no couples). Non-smoker and drug free. You must love dogs, or at least my dog!
