THIS IS A GREAT LOCATION!! We are offering A SUITE OF 2 ROOMS in a single family house with 3 other roommates in a yard surrounded by large mature trees, just 1 block from downtown Main Street Manchester. While it feels like you're in the country, sitting on the front porch listening to the birds sing, you're close to all the highways, great restaurants, shopping, schools, hospitals, and job sites in Manchester, South Windsor, and Hartford. There is plenty of off street parking 360 degrees around the house -- which you can drive completely around. No backing up!

THIS SUITE GIVES YOU ROOM TO WORK AND RELAX!! One room is just for that, with a flat screen TV, and a custom built granite table top with room and file drawers for two people. Comfortable loveseat, office chairs, and a glider rocker, all under a large skylight and with a view from a picture window, make this a great hangout room. The bedroom has another flat screen TV, a queen size bed, two dressers, a cedar chest, a 13 foot closet and higher closet pole for coats. Lots of storage space under the knee walls.

THE KITCHEN/GREAT ROOM AND BATHROOMS BELONG AT A NICE HOTEL!! But of course the Marriott is much more expensive! ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED! Commercial WIFI and 200 channel cable available. Plenty of off street parking in a well-lit yard. Coin operated laundry in basement ($2.00 load). The walls have sound proofing -- the house is very quiet. No problem getting ready in the morning because there are three tiled bathrooms, all gorgeous. The shower is separate, beautifully tiled with a skylight (!) so someone can shower while 2 other people are in the two Ã‚Â½ baths. The great room/kitchen is magnificent with a picture window, a beautiful inlaid tile table, flat screen (not shown) and comfortable stools and chairs.

POSTED PRICE IS BY THE MONTH. Weekly rent is $215.

YOU'LL HAVE GREAT ROOMMATES AND ACTIVE MANAGEMENT!! All roommates are screened in the application process. There are House Rules to insure cleanliness, peace, and safety. A Tenant Assistant lives on the property for maintenance and to monitor the Rules. Past roommates have been doctors and nurses, a TV news editor, writers, college professors, engineers, lawyers, computer programmers, and of course SERIOUS college students and interns. This is a quiet, professional, BEAUTIFUL place.

YOU'LL FEEL COMFORTABLE HERE BECAUSE THE OWNER DOESN'T LIVE HERE. If you live in someone else's house, it's never yours even though you pay rent. You'll feel awkward using their TV or kitchen utensils or bringing your girlfriend over. In this single family, everyone is equal. And of course, you don't have the problems of a rooming house.

THERE IS NO LONG TERM COMMITMENT!! While the price quoted is weekly, you may also pay monthly. If you rent weekly, you just have to give two weeks' notice to a Thursday to leave. If you rent monthly, you will give 30 days' notice to the end of the month. We expect a minimum stay of three months unless you pay in advance for a shorter period.

APPLICATION, PERMISSION FOR BACKGROUND CHECK, PROOF OF INCOME, AND ONE MONTH SECURITY ($855) REQUIRED. We can accept you in 1 to 48 hours. Sorry, no exceptions for pets. Smoking permitted outdoors only. Overnight guests allowed according to lease. Normally only single occupancy but sometimes mature couples allowed.
