The apartment is cute and clean and the neighborhood is very safe. We are within walking distance of Ralph's, CVS, and plenty of other shopping and restaurants. A parking spot is included at no additional cost. Your bedroom has air-conditioning. There is laundry on-site. It is a small, five-unit building and the tenants are all very friendly.

I am a single woman (30s) looking for someone clean, quiet, professional and easy-going. Female preferred. Smoking permitted outside. No pets. I drink very rarely, but do not mind if you do.

Ideally, I am looking for someone to commit as soon as possible so that you can be approved by our landlord and sign the necessary paperwork. You are welcome to move in as soon as possible.
