QR Code Link to This Post Dec 7, I have a private room, 9.5 x 10.5 for rent in a large home. fully furnished and is good for short stays. I work a lot with student at Vanderbilt and Belmont. I ask $850 plus utilities which run between $50 and $80. There is parking on property, large yard and lots of common space to cook and relax.
Big house across the street from Vanderbilt. The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk small dresser and wardrobe. You would share the bathroom with one other person who is usually from over seas and a student doing intensive studies at Vanderbilt or Belmont. Washer, dryer and a shared kitchen (20 x 10) and den (20 x 20). Split utilities and internet that runs somewhere between $50-80 a month for each person.
You can walk out the door and across the street and your on Vanderbilt campus, Belmont is a 15 minute walk. There is several bus stops close by that can take you where you need to go.
I would like to have a person who is considerate and not looking for a party house. I am a full time returning student that works at home. I rent a total of two rooms in my house. I will shorten leases as long as there is a student/person coming to take your place that is a good fit for the house and I do not lose any days of rent. I rent to both local and overseas people as long as there is a good match to my home and lifestyle. If you have a busy social life that is fine as long as you don't bring it here or wake people when you get home.
There are two very well behaved large dogs and one cat, all are quiet and friendly, so you must love animals and don't have allergies.
