7 Night / 8 Day Vacation Rental at the Holiday Inn South Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC
We are renting out our beautiful one-bedroom, one-bathroom timeshare at the Holiday Inn South Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This spacious 900 sq.ft. villa has a King Bed in the bedroom, Queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom, fireplace with screened in balcony, full bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower, full kitchen with dishwasher, and washer/dryer in unit. The resort is located across the street from the beach but does have its own beach front clubhouse with pool, bathrooms/changing rooms, and lounge area. The resort offers a free shuttle back and forth to the beach front clubhouse if you prefer not to walk. The Holiday Inn Resort also has 3 additional pools, lazy river, 50 person hot tub, bar, marketplace, game room, fitness center, planned activities for the kids and free Wi-Fi. Rental Rate: $875/week
This one-bedroom Villa can accommodate up to 4 people. Please note that no more than 4 people (including babies) are allowed to stay in the one-bedroom villa. The reservation is for August 1-8, 2015 and cannot be changed. This is our personal timeshare that we are not using this year. The person on the reservation MUST be the same person checking into the resort. You must be willing to sign a timeshare rental agreement (completed via Email). The rental agreement basically just says you are renting our timeshare and are responsible for the unit during your stay just as if you rented the unit directly through Holiday Inn South Beach Resort. You must be over 21 and have a major credit card at check-in for security purposes. Rental Payment via Certified Check or PayPal. You can also check out the different travel sites and read the excellent reviews of the Holiday Inn South Beach Resort. Please disregard the negative reviews of the people that booked a timeshare presentation getaway and were annoyed that they didn't get to stay at the resort in the Summer and had to stay at a Holiday Inn hotel as they do not represent what a wonderful family-friendly, clean, beautiful and spacious Resort this is that is close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer.
