I am moving out of Richmond on February 1 and would like to sublet the master bedroom (with bathroom and huge walk-in closet) of a two-bedroom loft. The apartment complex is called Cary Street Station (http://www.carystreetstation.com), and it just opened this year (we were the first to inhabit the apartment). The rent is $880 all-in and includes amazing amenities such as: cable, water, electricity, internet, gas, pool access, clubhouse access, gym access, etc. Pets are allowed, but there is a small "pet fee" (rules of Cary Street Station, not mine). The lease extends until July 31 and can be renewed if you are pleased with the accommodations.
