Only 10 blocks from Jefferson USC campus, USC GRAD HOUSE offers a comfortable atmosphere in newly renovated historic homes. We welcome International as well as American graduate students to USC GRAD HOUSE.
USC Grad House offers the "Trojan Colors" room and the "Cool Blue" rooms to graduate students. All rooms are completely furnished. $850 for the standard room to $895 for an oversize room a month/12 month lease required. (Shorter term lease available at slightly higher price.)
USC GRAD HOUSE facility is secure and very comfortable. Many of our graduate students renew their 12 month lease for additional years.
