First of all, I'm a male and I'm not looking to hook up or am a weirdo lol. It's a long story but for a couple of years by just word of mouth and whatever, I would let females share my apt. who were starting college or moving to town. Don't want a dude cause of rowdiness and partying all night stuff.
I hope this isn't offensive but it's a one bedroom with bath attached to bedroom...lesbian women was the better fit for obvious reasons, again, I'm not trying to hook up! I own a small business and I'm known fairly well in town, but business gets slow this time of year and could use a little help for rent.
Must be a happy, smart kind of individual...my house is drama free, peaceful. Excellent parking...3 blks from college.
