I am curently the one in this house with my gf of 6 years we decided to move out of our parents and get ower own place with our dog a friend of our reccomended us to talk to the landlord bobby so we did we saw the place and loved it but we had to share the place with a randome guy and found out he was breaking into our rooms we told bobby and he did nothing and then the guy has his brother move into his room witch made my gf very uncomfertable to were she did not want to be home alone even with our 3 year old pit witch made me very unhappy then after about 3 weeks of moving in we see a spot on the cieling in the living room and we ask the roommate what it is and he said bobby just said paint over it (he has been living here before us) and then he shows us our bathroom in our room and its black mold and bobby said nothing of it we have been living here for about 4 months and he said he was going to do the repairs the roof leake the cabinets are rotted out the dishwasher soesnt work and isnt hooked up and so dirty inside the floor in the living room in caving in and in the landry room the shower head in the hallway bathroom is falling through the wall and the only thing he has got done was the roof with took 3 days to do necause it rained so they did as much as they could when it wasnt raining if you have any questions or would like photos of the place lmk rent is 900 a month not incuding electrice canle ect.
