We are looking for a HOUSE TO RENT.

We are BOTH GAY MEN.

My Best Friend/Roommate is a Registered Sex Offender.

We both currently live in OHIO

He pays half of the Rent & Utilities.

He hasn't been into TROUBLE since 1991

We want to PAY RENT to a LANDLORD or PROPERTY MANAGER - LOCALLY!!

We are NOT going to PAY RENT to anybody that is LONG DISTANCE for RENT or REPAIR!!

I get Social Security Disability & My Lover gets Social Security.

We have PROOF OF INCOME!!

I have 2 Friendly Labrador Retrievers.

We would like to have this in a RENTAL HOME:

FENCED IN YARD
FULL DRY BASEMENT
2 CAR GARAGE
3-5 BIG BEDROOMS

PICTURES are a MUST of the INTERIOR & EXTERIOR of the HOUSE!!

We would like a DECENT HOUSE & In a GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD!!

If at all possible - We would prefer BIG SIZED BEDROOMS.

We would prefer it to be in a Decent Neighborhood.

We would like it in the Country if at all possible.

We would like to see Interior & Exterior Pictures of the House.

We would like to have a Phone Number to Contact you as well.

Even if you have a HOUSE or know anybody that has a HOUSE to RENT - Hopefully in the Country
that would be GREAT.

The most that I can afford is $900.00 or LESS.

WE DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE that live in ANOTHER COUNTRY / and or that LIVES OUT OF STATE & that are in the MISSIONARY!!

WE WANT SOMEBODY that lives CLOSE-BY in case we NEED REPAIRS &
GIVE THE RENT DIRECTLY to somebody!!

WE REFUSE to DIRECT DEPOSIT the MONEY into somebody's BANK ACCOUNTS!!
