I am looking to rent out a fully furnished one bedroom apartment with a full bathroom in the heart of Central West End (CWE) St Louis by the end of August (see attached pics). The apartment is on the seventh floor and has a cool view of the arch and the St Louis Basilica. Its a very safe neighborhood with the CWE restaurant/bar scene a 5 min walk away. The place is about 10-15 minutes walk to Wash U Med School and about 10 mins drive to SLU. Free street parking all around the apartment building is available. In addition, the apartment has paid underground parking and closed parking behind the building (talk to the landlord for details). I have personally parked on the street without any problems in the CWE area for the last 7+ years. There is a coin operated laundry room in the basement.
Since I am relocating to California, the furniture, all of which is less than 2 years old and in really good condition, is for sale for $800-1000. There is a bed, night stand, study table, computer chair and a futon (see pics). Price is negotiable. The rent is $915 (water and heating included). Together with gas, internet (depends on the speed) I have never paid over $950. The kitchen is very new with very modern appliances.
