The room is unfurnished and the room mate would have their own bathroom. The rent includes all utilities and internet/cable but parking is a separate cost if you need one. I am looking for a working professional or mature student and someone mellow that can clean up after themselves and be cooperative. I am a working professional and enjoy just about everything that Hawaii has to offer and I like to come home to a quiet, clean and relaxed chill atmosphere. I enjoy gym, traveling, hiking, cooking and watching movies.
