950 Renting Nice Room in Nice Home next to UAA (Anchorage) hide this posting unhide
QR Code Link to This Post Looking for a roommate in a fully furnished, split level home in the University Gate Neighborhood (right next to UAA).
I am a clean, laid back, open minded male in my early 20's. I am looking for a roommate who is fully employed or fully in school with a stable source of income (not wanting to worry about collecting rent). At times, I am very busy and do not spend a lot of time at home during the week. I am very type A and enjoy a social atmosphere, but there is plenty of room in the house if that is not your thing.
I have nothing against smoking, just not in the house (in the garage).
Dogs are welcome, there is an outdoor kennel in the back of the home.
The rent is not negotiable and is $950 a month. This sounds like a lot, but this includes wifi and all utilities and most importantly living in a much nicer home than most Anchorage.
