One bedroom/One Bath condo and what a LOCATION! King Size bed in the bedroom and a tropical Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living room. Nice bathroom with a tub and shower and a fully equipped kitchen makes this condo a real Bargain! Sleeps 4! And what a LOCATION! Right in the heart of Kailua Kona. You can walk to everything -- the beach, fast food, fine dining, farmers market, shopping -- you name it -- it is right there. You can have a few drinks and you won't have to call a cab - just walk on home! Bring your sweetheart! Bring the kids! Bring your friends! The unit also has a nice lanai with a partial ocean view (past the parking lot - but hey it's cheap)! The complex has a swimming pool and a coin laundry. I provide boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach towels, WiFi and DVD's (no cable), also a stroller and travel crib, plus lots of other extras. The condo has hard wood and tile floors, tasteful tropical decor, and ceiling fans in every room (no air conditioner, but most people find our climate very comfortable and don't need it). One parking space is included. I own several condos in this complex including a 2 bedroom that sleeps 6, right across the hall, so if you are coming with a large group and book far enough ahead I might be able to reserve several units for you! Ask about availability! I even allow pets if they are polite. You will love it here - Hope to see you in Hawaii!

This complex is a mix of owners, renters and vacationers. It is not a high end luxury complex it is meant for the budget conscious traveler, but it has charm and the location is.
