It's located in the lower east side of Milwaukee and SUPER close to a lot of your favorite restaurants and stores like Chipotle, Einsteins bagels, Panera bread, Points East pub, and Pick N' Save!! These businesses are literally across the street from this unit. This unit is also a corner unit on the TOP floor of the building. There is also an AWESOME balcony overlooking the many businesses in the surrounding area with nice, BIG floor to ceiling window sliding doors!! This helps to transmit a TON of natural lighting throughout the apartment. Most residents here are working professionals so you'll never have to worry about noise or trash/mess. The time I've lived here, I've only ran across other tenants a handful of times. I would love to stay here, but unfortunately I will be relocating out of town. I really don't want to give up this gem of a place! There is ALWAYS underground parking available for every unit with an additional fee per month so you never have to be placed on a waiting list.
