Just passed Florissant inspection.

We'll do 2 year leases and I prefer direct deposit as that seems to make things easier.

I have three concerns as a landlord:

1) that rent gets paid on time or early.
2) that the house is in GREAT and CLEAN condition when you move out.
3) that I do my job as a landlord to provide you with a comfortable home (how many landlords say this?).

I may allow dogs, with additional dog rent.
