Hello world of Hilo. So I now have a room available at my place and am looking for that perfect housemate and hopefully lifetime friend.
I am a very respectful, reliable, caring, clean and friendly individual and I am looking for someone who will return those qualities. I try to keep the house as clean as possible because it is an older style home and I want it to be homey and inviting to those we bring over; so someone clean is ideal. I work full time during the day so I would appreciate someone who does not stay up all night making a lot of noise. beyond what effects the household I will not judge for their life choices and looking for someone who is also excepting none judgmental. I am in my mid 20's so the age range I am hoping for is 20-35 range. I hope we can become great friends but most importantly is having respect for each other and out belongings.
It is a downstairs part of a house with three bedrooms and one bath. It is cute and quite for the most part with parking in the back, small garden in the making, avocado trees, mostly furnished and best of all located in the middle of town just a short walk to almost everything.
