Tenant has moved & left a neighborhood stray that he's been caring for for about 7 yrs. Dip-Stick is a friendly, amusing & relatively good size outdoor cat; she loves to have her tummy rubbed & neck scratched & answers to her name & is often chatty when she wants attention.
