Hi everyone I'm Taco and I'm about a year old! I'm a smart and beefy 60lb English lab mix that just moved into my new MSHR foster home and my foster mom reports that I am house trained, kennel trained, walk well on a leash with the help of a gentle lead and I know MANY commands (sit, down, shake, kennel, wait and roll over... just to name a few). I would do great as an only dog as long as my human was active and got me lots of exercise because I do love exercise. Or I would love to have another dog in my home but I'd do best with a dog that was as big (or bigger) and as playful as I am so that they would be tolerant of my (very funny but sometimes wild) shenanigans. I've been told I'm a little bit antagonistic when I want the other dogs to play with me so sometimes my furry foster brothers have to tell me to stop and I do, but I just want to play with them. I'm not good with cats and got way too excited to see one on the other side of the fence, so no kitties in my forever home please. I also have not been around kids yet in my foster home, I am very friendly but a little wild so kids who are 10 and over might like me best, but don't let that deter you if your kiddos are a little younger, my foster home is open to discussing it.
