The classes are conducted in different environments depending on the places you use in your every day life.
Skills covered include readiness , awareness, avoidance and de-escalation, as well as empty handed combat, ground fighting, weapons disarms, legal and, medical and tactical aftermath.
Seminars are often also available for defensive knife fighting, close range gun combat, and defensive stick/baton fighting.
Training is available in the form of bi weekly classes or a 2-3 times 3-4 hour seminars. Cost varies, if you are capable of payment it is 25-55 per hour depending on desired training. Otherwise if you find yourself in need of training but can't afford it, it is whatever you can afford, assuming my actual costs are covered.
