Hi I am offering personal training and strength training for people of all ages, skill levels and personal goals. If you're trying to tone up your body for the beach, lose weight to improve your quality of life, or gain size and strength, I am the trainer for you. I am currently a division 1 athlete with lifelong experience in fitness and strength training. I am offering the most affordable rate that you will find. 20 per session, and 15 if you're required to travel from another county. The sessions will last an hour and take place in either my gym as my "guest" or your gym if you are allowed "guests." If you have any questions, feel free to email or text me! Available!
