AMAZING Au PairNanny Paola from Mexico

My name is Amy and I'm the Tennessee Coordinator for Cultural Care Au Pair, the country's largest au pair agency. Have you considered hiring/hosting a live-in international au pair for your childcare needs? We have a WONDERFUL local (Brentwood) au pair who is looking for a new host family beginning in May, as her host family is moving out of state. Allow me to introduce Paola from Mexico!

Paola, 25 years old, from Mexico
Arrived to the USA in December, so will have 6 months left on her visa (May - December 2015). Is open to extending for an additional year (Dec. 2015-Dec. 2016), too.
Infant-Qualified, and has been caring for 3 children (2, 5, and 8 years old)
Her current host family is giving her a STELLAR reference, as am I
Has been driving daily with the children, with no problems
Likes jogging, swimming, camping, biking and arts+crafts.

Paola's host family and I are both doing everything possible to help her find an amazing family, preferably locally, since she has already made friends here, is comfortable driving here, + loves the culture and the community. Paola is happy to meet/interview with any interested families, and her host family are eager to talk to potential families with their glowing reference, too.

Why are au pairs the choice of many busy families?
You get quality coverage - Au pairs can work up to 45 hours in a week, or up to 10 hours in a day.
All au pair programs are overseen by the State Department.
We extensively screen + train the au pairs, including CPR + First Aid.
Your children will be exposed to a new language + culture!
Most au pairs drive -- so getting the children to school, lessons, + playdates? No problem.
The au pairs earn a stipend of $195.75 a week, regardless of the number of children you have.
Program fees for a year total just over $7,900 -- a great deal, especially when compared to daycare or a nanny.
With the program fee + stipend all factored in, you pay a total of $370/week or $8.20/hour.
You create a schedule that works for you. Need weekend or evening childcare? We've got you covered!
Snow days / sick days are no longer an issue, as the au pairs live in your home.
Au pairs have AETNA healthcare insurance -- super coverage.
We handle their screening, orientation, visas, flights + local support year-round
Au pairs can extend their visa for up to 2 years, so when you find the perfect au pair, she can be with your family for a consistent amount of time.

Please reach out to me if you are interested in meeting Paola, or learning more about the au pair!
