I am a 27 year old woman living just north of the metro area. I'm transitioning away from two families that I was working with part-time each week, their children are ready to go to preschool and I'm looking for a new weekly gig!
- My availability is currently Monday-Thursday. Fridays I am available early mornings (6am-12pm), but I have a prior engagement from 1-6pm on Fridays, and then I offer weekend date nights from Friday at about 7pm, until Sunday evening. :) I'm slightly flexible and willing to work with families who need weekend care.
- I have a valid CPR/first aid certification with AED instruction (infancy through adulthood CPR).
- I have taken the RRCAN (child abuse+neglect) course through Clackamas County.
- I've been background checked numerous times, both privately through the families I've worked with previously/currently, as well as through DHS when I worked through them!
- I do NOT accept DHS payment. They 1099, and that is costly in regards to taxes to a private caregiver like me who usually only works with 1 or 2 families. (Sorry in advance!)
- I'm comfortable with as many as 5 kids at a time, but my rates for such will make you blush.
- I am open to a nanny-share.
I'd prefer to keep it to the West side of the city, because I currently reside in Scappoose. :) I will travel up to 30 miles away from my home, however.
Please provide me with as much information as possible. The most pertinent things I'd like to know are;
- How many kids, and ages/genders.
- Your nearest major cross street (within .5, please!)
- Do(es) your child(ren) have allergies to any food/pets/medications/etc?
- The days/hours you're needing care.
- If you have a rate in mind, or what sort of rate you are comfortable with.
