I graduated from Cal with Honors in Chemistry, and then I finished my doctoral degree from Massachusets Institute of Technology
I have been a teaching fellow for hundreds of students in general chemistry and organic chemistry. I know the common mistakes and frustrations that students have, and more importantly I can get you results! I have reference of my students who went from C's to A's in both AP chemistry and Honor Chemistry classes. In addition, they also received 730-800 on the SAT II Subject as well as 5's on the AP Exam. I have even worked with students who won spots to represent their school in attending the prestigious chemistry olympiad competition.
Since I received my Degrees in the area of organic chemistry, I am also very familiar with different types of organic reactions, mechanism and laboratory techniques. I simply love organic chemistry. I have worked with and continue to work with college students of various levels.
I have tutored high school students and college students from the bay area. As such, I am familiar with the curricula in these schools.
