I have a semi tame Yellow naped Amazon Parrot for rehoming. He is an awesome bird and I love him dearly but I think my grandchildren are making him a little nervous. He can be held (when he wants) but it takes time for him to trust. He is a typical amazon in that he has his days where his attitude is more obvious than other days. He does not have a cage but will come with his perch (which he loves). He does talk and he can be loud at times. He eats just about anything you give him. He would be perfect for someone who is home a lot and someone who doesn't mind that he is not a cuddle bug (most amazons arent) don't know about breeding as he has never been around a female that I am aware of. He is DNA sexed male and does have a preference for females. He is healthy and beautifully full feathered. If interested
