My name is Jack McCauley. I have over 27 years in the art world to include managing and owning several Minneapolis area art galleries and related businesses over the years. I have been retired from the art business for several years. The purpose of this correspondence is to introduce you to one of the more remarkable artists I have had the pleasure of knowing the past 7 years. I met Ashley Dull at the Edina Art Fair and almost immediately began to show her wonderful heavy oil landscapes at several galleries around the Minneapolis area. Her paintings sold immediately! Several years after we first met I featured Ashleys paintings at my new gallery in Wayzata, MN. Despite the numerous artists I was showing at the time Ashleys originals and reproductions were responsible for 24 percent of my total sales the first year! Ashley is a close friend and has expressed her desire to partner with a few select galleries around the country.
