Do you want to contribute to research that may help others cope with type
2 diabetes?
Please take our completely anonymous online survey. It can be completed
online on your home computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone. It takes
from 20-30 minutes, and your donation of time*
may help scientists and health care workers understand the relation
between psychosocial factors and health.
*As a token of our appreciation, four (4) participants will be selected
randomly out of all who complete the survey to be awarded $50. This
drawing will take place after the completion of data collection.
