I have a house in slidell, la on an acre of land with fruit trees & vegetables planted & growing, with plenty more to do out there. if you drive, there's plenty of parking. everything you could need is inside, cable, wifi, washer/dryer & great air conditioning. all I ask is that you help out with bills & groceries, have a good attitude & demeaner, be kind & respectful & as I said, carry on like an adult. simply what that means is, do what you're suppose to do, keep things clean & in order, & please, treat my place like it's your own. also, please, be honest with me. don't tell me something, then be the opposite. in other words, don't tell me you love to clean, then don't, or that you're going to help out with something, then come up with some excuse. that's childish to me! if you have a child, or 2, we'll see what we can do. i'm not crazy or deranged, & will help you in any way I can. but I've had enough of all the grown up children I've had to deal with. & i'm not going to put up with it any more. how's the saying go: act like a child, get treated like a child! so, are you a real grown up lady who needs a place, & understands what I've said here?.
