We are a family of three looking for a reasonably priced and clean apartment any where south of 6th avenue. Id like to find a one bedroom to save money, however our 3 year old is growing and enjoys her own space. So unless we can find a super deal on a spacious one bedroom apt, we will looking towards a 2 bedroom. Our monthly rent budget is around 1000 a month but we are willing to increase the budget if the apartment is really nice or in a really nice area.
