National Real Estate Investing Group seeks Apprentice/Student in the area interested in making an earning potential of $5k per month part time or $10k per month full time while learning what we do and then help us do it. We're not going to ask you to quit your job, but we are going to ask that you treat this opportunity like your second job and work it! Training provided for qualified candidates.
We are a highly successful National Real Estate Investment Group and are looking for key individuals to mentor and help us do real estate transactions across the country. We have over 8 years of success and have trained over 60,000 real estate investment professionals. You will EARN, while you LEARN all aspects of real estate investing. You will be trained and mentored by actual investors themselves who are actively doing wholesales, multifamily dwelling acquisitions, rehabs/fix and flips, foreclosures, short-sales, cash flow rentals, and much more.

� ALL interested individuals are REQUIRED to attend a LIVE 15 minute online orientation before moving on for the interview process. This is a three-step presentation process to help you determine if our investment group expansion and apprenticeship training is the right fit for you.
� Just like most careers in Real Estate, this is a commission based 1099 (not W2) position.
� You do not need a real estate license or experience.
� This is an "earn while you learn" position through a college curriculum based education
� Plug into an already proven system and make up to $5,000 per week in as little as 2 months of training.
� You MUST be willing to work at least 2-4 hours per day 3-4 days a week. THIS IS NOT A "GET RICH QUICK SCHEME"
� This is a career opportunity in Real Estate investing -- so of course you will need a passion to learn the business (the right way!) and the desire to actually INVEST in property of your own.
