I am looking for a roommate to move in with me as of May 1st, splitting a 2 bedroom apt. This is a short term lease of only 3 or 4 months, in a great inner SE location.
I'm 30 years old. I enjoy foraging for wild edibles. I like getting out for overnights with the backpack or on the bike. I ride bikes. Quite a bit. I listen to music most of the day and play trumpet occasionally. I'm a jazz fan. A dance music fan. I like discussion and word play. I stay up pretty late. I am employed as a cook at a few restaurants around town.
You: Don't have a ton of stuff and are ok with a shorter stay. You have some kitchen stuff and like to cook. You're honest and thoughtful.
I want someone who likes doing their own thing but when we are occupying the place at the same time, occasionally cooking and drinking and bullshitting.
I don't have a male/female preference as long as you are generally relaxed and not a jerk.
We would be living above a bar and music goes until 10pm. This is not the place for an early riser. It can be loud.
Rent is $450 for the room. Everything except gas is included. First and last month's rent is required.
