We are conducting research to learn more about self-criticism and self-compassion and how they affect behavior. Participants will complete online surveys, watch short videos, and talk about their experiences.

The study takes around 1.5 hours to complete. Participation is private and confidential, and we will use the results to help develop better treatments for people struggling with self-criticism. You can help!

Eligible participants will be compensated $25 and, if needed, we can help cover the costs of public transportation.

-Be at least 18 years of age
