ARTIST seeks work space to use as an art studio. Will not use it for a living space.
Would like to find an industrial space with large overhead door (or large 6ft wide door that will accommodate some of my equipment) and water access (sink hopefully). This space could simply be a backroom or a corner of a larger existing room..........whatever works.......I just need to get back working.
Cannot afford much so I am not expecting much so please contact me if you have something I could consider.
I am an abstract painter working with large canvases so I do need a space roughly 600 to 1000 square feet.
Would also consider some kind of exchange arrangement (legit) to keep the rent down.
